They call it a noob gun because anybody can use it and it takes no skill whatsoever to use. It's essientially a gun for people who can't aim and/or control recoil and spray the bullets like a hose.

"wow you must suck dont you?" Sure buddy, take into consideration that it's power is overcompensated by it's lack of recoil and insanely strong knockback that prevents you from shooting back (somewhat) and is really annoying.

What you fail to realize is that m12s is overpowered for its range. (CQB - Mid) I own m12s and it really takes no skill to use. It's really a gun for noobs, thus, "noob cannon". I agree with you in that it's incorrectly named "noob cannon". It should be named "hose for noobs ,who can't aim or control recoil."

more power to you brother for owning one (am not saying you shouldn't), all am saying is that its kind of pointless to make threads like this, where in the past there has been countless post and threads explaining how the gun is OP

Totally agree. This is the reason why its a noob cannon. Any one can use it cause it takes no skill to use it. An example of a "skill weapon" would be the AK-47 as it takes a lot of time to master this gun.

Well, it is overanged, like the katana IMO. It's also like an automatic shotgun, cept with long range powers. Although, I shouldn't be talking since I own one. XD I use it strictly for my Scout Badge only though.

you guys really needa learn to deal with it. i mean really. i got kicked from a game for picking up an m12s from the other side's dead body. The game basically revolves around dsr, awm, m12s, m4, AK47, and deagles. theres a reason why m12s are the msot expensive smgs. it's cuhz they're the best. and for you people that think m12s are cheap just because u dun needa aim, well then you definitely have to deal with it. Every smg is basically recoiless until you kill someone.

its cuz they cant compete with it. Ill 1v1 and win against a m12 using a m16 with no fear.

All good reasons why the M12 is a noob cannon. It takes no skill to use it and it's an easy to get GP gun.

1. I easily had obtained kills long range with the m12 when I used to own it.
2. 50% of the bullets from an m12 don't get tanked unless your ping is in the triple digits.(if so, then find another game to play or stop multi-tasking with the internet)
3. I always pass it by to find a diff weapon to pick up. I don't want any part of it or with it.

So once again I say, go ahead and try to fight against another m12 player with a different gun and tell me how "easy" it is to kill them when they're shooting a clip into you within 1.5-2 seconds, not to mention the oversized clip.

People try to justify it by saying that it's the most expensive SMG in-game... Well, the Kriss is the most expesnsive since it requires ZP to obtain it and since it's in crates, it's even harder. However, they had nerfed that weapon just so it can shoot straight but not cause as much damage. So now, not only is the m12s "cheaper' to buy but it's also "easier" to obtain and stronger than a ZP SMG since it's in the GP item mall and not a temporary zp weapon or a zp crate weapon.

Oh, I'm sorry you might not like that analygy because it requires ZP... Ok, er um the Thompson is a GP crate SMG weapon and since it's in crates (where it rightfully belongs) it's not as easy as clicking a "buy" button after leveling up. So either way you look at it, the m12 is rather cheap and easier to obtain by comparison. It being the most expensive SMG doesn't mean anythin' because it's at the same price as the cheapest assult rifles.

So what's it gonna be? You gonna fight against an m12er with a different weapon to see what the fuss is about and how "easy" it is to kill? Or are u gonna keep ur head where the sun don't shine?
