Best weapons for HM Port?
Usually I would choose ak-gold or gatling for this mode, but still looking for if there's a better choice.
Ak-gold can have as much as 38/228 for the ammo and I've done 4k+ damage within a single clip without damage bonus. Great for running shoot, or rush and hunt down the last mutant in the round.
Gatling has 600 bullets as the top. great to hold a spot but pain in the @ss to run. I have seen a guy kept getting 200+ kill with it without hack for 17 rounds games in HM Port.
Wondering if there's a gun better than those 2 for HM port.
I'm also trying to get an msg90 but it doesn't seem it's happening anyday.
What about psg-rd? is it a great sniper for this map?

LOL I use the exact guns in Hero mode all the times, but I also use some different ones sometimes too. Well as you said gatling is pretty nice, but if you have it, you'll know not to use it unless you're definatly gonna camp. Ak-gold is good cause you can camp and also gun run with it. Another gun I like to use that's pretty fun, but better in stronghold is duel uzi (pink is better), because it does decent push back first of all with it's high firing rate and it's ammo helps quite a bit with it's weight, it's quite a cheap combo for gun runs, not too much for camping, but you can do it if you have a decent guy or team. Rpk Gold works pretty well as well as well with m60-adv. M60-adv is neglected a lot because everyone finds it just be like a m60, but the extra 50 ammo is EXTREAMLY awsome. If you have the gatling gun you know it's good to have 150 ammo, but your speed will always kill you. With an m60-adv think about it, you're still slow but you can still chase or run and you have 150 friging shots! It's supper deadly and Minimi is also good for camping and gun run is pretty okay with it as well. OH one more thing, the Uzi IS SUPER cheap if you're gun running, cause it's ultra light and though its ammo isn't as great as the duels, it's reload is like 2 seconds so it's like you're not even reloading LOL.

Gatling gun becomes useless fast when there are assassins bombarding you with grenades. Even if you do know how to counter-act a grenade, holding a spot becomes impossible.
My Suggestions: Ak-47 Custom FN Five-seveN Custom Glock-18 Adv. M110 s.a.s.s. M4A1 Masterkey MAC 10 Suppressed XM110 Spec-ops -
mp5 (better mp5 xmas) or tommz are great with smg and mutation mag. however, i stick with rifles, and prefer ak. rifles, because u get 60/540 if hero. rpk gold is between GG and ak. i did also very good with g36k or qbz, but they have 35 less ammo with both mags.
as for sniper i would only consider awm, best awm camo or rd. its the only sniper with 500 dmg hs. dsr got 300 as i remember, but the zoom is to big. -

When you shoot you can't move and when bombed by an assasin you also nearly don't move.
Besides that just stay in the back on port A site and you'll be fine.

lol? it's a bug right? but that crate is gonna cost more zp thought. i kinda stopped buying zp after i got the GG. -

the pushing bomb sucks. i can just stay at the back conner. ggg has more potential of dmg. -

I can do hs, hs and hs with ak-g and GG. uzis have no dmg and no ammo compare to my choices. runner sucks. -

i have awm-xmas from 2009, which is same as camo or rd of awm. actually it doesn't make 500 hs like what it shows, it's 400 in real. it's one of the guns i prefer for 2 of other hm/mm maps but the rate is too slow and the scope isn't effective for hm/mm. i want psg-rd for hm port.
