We've been wanting that for over 2 years now come on.

Saidin and many MoD has clarified that the report ban is permanent ban.
Saidin also encouraged players to submit replay.
MoD suggested you to review it before submit.
And no one guaranteed that your report will be approved.

They also would not provide any detailed decision.
That is why any "rumor" will sound like true.
It might like the case of hack QQers.
Because everyone knows there are lots of hackers.
So when they keeps QQ that "*** is a hacker, we know it, f11", sooner or later, many player will think you are a hacker, and you will get kicked by host, by vote, and by anything.
And kids would think, ok, this haker ruined my game and is still playing, why am I so stupid not trying to hack?
That is to say, the cf community believes hacker situation is out of z8's control, so they can not wait for z8 to ban the hackers, they wouldn't bother reporting.
As z8 said, hackers are in every online game, this is truth, players accepted it.
