Erox Open to Pickin Up Players

we currently have our s3 atm, but we are looking for a few more players to fill our roster as we haven't been scriming as much as the leadership would like (the number we are picking up isn't exact at this time).

so here is what we are looking for:

Dedication - this applying to being active and wanting to strive to become top level we are far from it right now however but we do wish to reach that goal, this also goes for training & team meetings in which we expect you to attend and also try your best to work with the team & play to the best of your ability even if we lose.

Communication - call correctly to the best of your ability, cooperation with your team members in terms of pushing sites, defending sites aswell as a bit of input about what you don't like what you think we can improve etc, nobody should feel like they cannot voice there opinion.

loyalty - no clan hoppers, nobody who's just going to join the team and if we lose leave because they feel like they can do better than us (basically no ego's.)

Aim - we aren't just looking for any old players we are looking for people who follow what ive already mentioned and also can hold a site and make the shots needed to win a match aswell as make crucial shots in our favour during a match.

if you do join us then you will be indefinitely on a try-out until otherwise specified by the leadership. if your cut we will give you completely honest reasons we will not make excuses.
if you are inactive and do not show up for training times and meeting times with no attempt in communicating that you will not be able to attend then this may result in cuts.

we will eventually make cuts as we determine who the people are that we want to remain in our team and who we want to cut.

Training Times are usually set for sunday 8pm GMT and Thursday 8pm GMT
