The problem with credit card

Hello.
After more weather where I had card locked, I said May stick to some card ZP. But here we encountered some problems:

-failing give my account I tried 2 times without manage, defending me this error:
This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations.

PS:I have a Visa Electron card, or have another good
