Point an MP5 on a player chest at medium-long range and shoot full auto without trying to control the weapon. You'll hardly get the kill with 30 bullets.
Do the exact same thing with the M12s. You'll get your kill before the 15-20th bullet.

This simple comparison should show you how an OP SMG the M12s is.
OP in CF doesn't mean "do more damage per bullet", it means, compared to other weapon of the same type, it performs several times better even in newbs' hands.

Same thing, to a lesser extent, with the Scar-L. High damage with low recoil makes for a better rifle in rookies' hands.

Yeah... Um, if I could kill a whole team with just 1 clip of a m12 (which I have) but could not do the same with an mp5 in the same settings (which I tried), then I suppose that the only logical conclusion is that the m12 is superior to the mp5 when the same person uses the weapon.

The m12s' performance really can't categorize this weapon.. It shoots fast with a tight spray pattern so it's easy to say that it's a SMG, however, it has the range and accuracy of an assult rifle.. Something doesn't mix here because there's no reason to have a weapon as overly balanced as that when the only ppl to fight against are other users... I think this would be good for the Hero, as a secondary lol, but it's not good when you're playing against others in any other mode.
