HGWC : Failed to Execute Game Client

After the latest patch we got, everytime HGWC is done loading, i receive "Failed to execute game client C_ErrorCode : 14001" i've reinstalled the game exactly 4 times from different mirrors but still gave the same results. i'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit I hope you can help me with this problem
