CF today

This is how CF players have to play the game.My ping has always been 70-80 now for a random reason its 160 and its not my computer because only in this game my ping has changed.

My ping on the US servers used to be 160, when UK servers came out I had 41 on them and 180-260 (spiking all the time) on the US ones.

Now I get 49-55 (stable, depends on which UK i'm in) and 184 stable on the US servers.

I don't understand how our ping can increase over time o_O.

EDIT: you had 50~ on West coast and ~70 on Bravo.
Fyi they aren't the same servers. Bravo is in Toronta and West coast is on the West coast somewhere.

Post a recent SS in West coast please.

My ping started out as 21-24. Now its from 80-120.

Quit this game long ago.

My ping has actually decreased... its unstable though.. but generally lower than when the UK servers first came out..

There can be multiple reasons for your ping increase... something on your pc, high ISP traffic, high traffic to the servers themselves, and it goes on.. When I play on UK very early in the morning (4am ish) I can get around 15 ping stable.

Not too sure why yours increased... like I said, theres too many factors.

Valky play on west coast from now if there's enough people on it o_O. Have you tried UK servers? You never know even though I doubt it'll be less than 200...

Idk try reinstalling windows o_O. Radical solution for PCs which are getting kinda loaded with all sort of stuff. Start by downloading Malwarebytes and scanning you're PC and downloading Ccleaner with which you have to clean your pc (first tab) and fix registry issues (second tab?).

I bet it's CF servers which are fked up but as said before, you never know.

@Domes: Hasn't your friend got the time to give you photos of a 3 way eyefinity on cf yet?

lawl somethings happened since the patch, like in uk1 & 2 my pings gone up by 50 and in uk 3- 4 its gone up by 30 ....

My ping is now 64-69 .

Used to be 69-72 .

Is this a matter of OS?

Thise who experienced ping decreasment and thise who have experience ping increasment please post your OS.

My ping on UK servers went from 41 on the first day to 59 two patches ago and is now 49-54.
My OS is windows 7.

If it's windows 7 I guess I'll have to search for that fix found by a Steam user which was posted here a long time ago.

My ping has increased after we got the complex map patch. $:\$ Use to be 70-80 now i go up to 110-130 and spike within that range all the time. Same thing for when I'm in the WC server, and i live closer to the coast then i do to the general server.

mhm... What can it be then o_O.

Btw my CPU is an i7-860...

I hope we'll find a fix to this so we can all enjoy a lower ping (for those who have a higher ping than before). 49 is fine though.

Long ago my ping in us was 175 now it's 210
uk 110 should be 80 ping.

From 80 - 120 to 50 - 70, but lag spikes happen more often in the last days / weeks.

Giggle this happens to me too My ping is usually 39-60ping. but it goes all the way up to 150 for a long ass time.

It really grinds my gears :O
