How much FPS do you need for fraps ?

Wondering how much fps do i need to run fraps while having a smooth gameplay
110-130 Fps on 5v5
80-95 Fps 8v8

mostly lookin to record replay

edit: i run medium resolution with blood/bullet trail etc on

If you're worried for sheer frames, go with low res and low settings, you can always publish the vid to 720p in WMM.

Obviously it won't BE 720p, but it'll still look decent.

Do you think ill get a steady 60-70 Fps while doing a 5v5

D X Tory have smooth movements since 30 fps. not like a sh1tty fraps.

if you want to upload with pure starting hd record at 60 fps min(not recommended) and max setting on crossfire(not recommended again) <<< This is how I do it it useally makes 1 game around 600mb and hard to upload 2 youtube
