did you ever noticed when you get oneshot killed.
you die on low damage and not on high damage :P
just look at your char when you get oneshot killed.
it has that dead slide when it want to come back up. only does that on low damage.
also the sound is the one you get when you got hit low damage.
so did you ever noticed that?

I am not sure if they are related. But sometimes you got a halt before you get killed. I would attribute that to the ping issue.
1 shot kill is hard for human being to detect. When play as opponent, I need about 10 repeat instances to confirm that it is an 1 shot killer. BUT normally, it turns out that after 3 shots, you found they might under ground already.
I did lots of wonderful things when I was a host ---- when a hacker as found (not include pure waller and 1 shot killed -- if they hide it) in my side, I would start a vote and tell them that the hacker what is the hacker doing. If we fail, I would kick all the teammates before next game. If the hacker was on the other team, I would ask "please kick". If failed, I would kick all the opponents if I have not seen him start a vote. Personally, I might QQ on 1-shotter, but I would ask other if they experience similar. I would not start a vote for 1 shot killer in my side -- because you can never known. But if there are too many complain on the other side, and the behavior of the player is suspicious (like make a lots of kills in a streak but seems not know how to use cover), I would start a vote and let all the player make the decision, and I know it would always fail.
I think my way is good enough. If we have a local ban list for my own room, I would ban those player who would not vote kick an apparent hacker.
