Ping spikes.

Ok so for about 2 months ive been having ping spikes from 45 ping to 97-122.. i cant deal with it any longer. Ive tried so many solutions from freinds,mods etc. Nothing works.. Ive tried reinstalling, CC cleaner, disk defragment, rebooted router... portforwarding called my ISP. Nothing works and this is a fairly new computer with decent specs. Another thing i would like to ask, can making videos with fraps make you get ping spikes?
And the ping spikes are only certain hours of the day or night.

Okay my friend had a simiar situation, and seriously he tried all the things you did and he had to wait it out. It probably has something to do with your internet, if things get worse you may want to contact them, anyways I'll leave the rest to S-N-I-P-E-S

It's a posibility.

If you are willing to take a risk than you could try to get a different internet provider. But I wouldn't know for sure if it's your provider or your computer, if it IS your comp, than getting a new provider would be stupid.
