how is this possible?

my pc and my friends pc are pretty mutch same.
both dual core processors 1.9ghz
video cards have 128mb memory and mine is ati hes is nvidia
i have 4gb ram he has 3gb

i installed xp on his pc since he asked me coz he was getting fps 20-30 in 8v8 room
after i did that he was getting 60+ fps in full rooms

so i decided to format my pc to zp too
i used to get 25-50 in 8v8 game
and now i get 30-50 how did it impove hes performance that mutch and mine by such little?

and ofcource i dont have vista cd's so i cant get it back since i would like to get it back since i got so low boost on fps

so why i get like 5% boost on fps and he gets like 100+%

Ping from others don't make a difference for you at all, they might have choppy movements but those people are mostly people with fail connection which gives like 1mb/s line.

Dude you fail............. They have a higher ping because they live farther from the server..By the looks of it none of them lived in America.. I can run cf on a 11mbps wireless connection and still get a 37 ping.. GG FAIL NOOB.

Try to fool with your Graphics settings on your CCC. Catalyst control center.
