Xtrap error [30-0400-00000000-505]

Could someone please help me with this particular error? I have opened ports, firewall is off anyway. no virus programs or support programs running. game loads to log in screen then error appears and closes the program. I have sent the error report with the description and error code but have had no response. Error occurred after the latest patch. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
