Do the support team actually help?
Everytime I have a problem I ask the support team for help because i can't find my problem in the forum. When I ask them they always tell me to look in the forum which I already have. When I ask them I specifically tel them not to tell me to look in the forum because I already have looked, but guess what? They still tell me to look in the forum. This is my support ticket.
I said "I have this really annoying problem where when I join a room a little box keeps appearing saying "vertex lock failed". Then when I actually join the game I respawn as usual but my screen is black and all I can see is the water that is the the map. Somtimes I saw a few fuzzy lines aswell. Can you please help me? Dont tell me to go look in the forum as usual because this time i already have and nothing is there, Thanks."

Once again....support does not do technical support. They handle account issues. Go read your thread in tech support. Its not really like that. They have a policy, if they dont know something for sure, rather avoid the question than answer it, be wrong and be flamed for it.
its a pretty rare error what you got there. my guess is your video card may be faulty ( too old?) or you have wrong/bad drivers for it.
try getting windows xp and older drivers for it if its older. if its newer, could be some compatibility problems, just get the newest drivers, and put the setting on High Performance.

So when you go to the support page of Crossfire, why do they have a Technical Support category?Once again....support does not do technical support. They handle account issues. Go read your thread in tech support. No need for multiple threads. -
Good point..but my take on that is. Its for technical support of your account like...I made a deposit but it doesnt show..that type of thing. They dont help with game issues like this. Yes they do.
It says they handle technical issues with grace and satisfaction
until you have your problem resolved right there... for each game.
This is what the FAQ says what to expect from the support section.

support button at the top of any page in the website.

Have they told you to reinstall the game yet? They told me also to do that.
I've reinstalled about 10 times now to different directories and the game still won't start with nothing but a 60hz refresh rate. lol
They are probably some east indian phone support guys that fell on bad
times and now only get paid by the amount of times that they can copy and paste links to the forum into the replies... -

prematurely close your ticket thinking your problem is solved, as well as another
