Technically, no, but that's what it's called, and it's manufactured by Magnum Research. If they somehow managed to shove Magnum rounds in that thing, I'd be impressed.

This one is known as the Kevin ZP98, it fires .380 ACP (9x17) and 9mm Makarov (9x18)!

Never heard of a gun called a 'Kevin', and it only seems to fire .380 rounds according to the specifications (although I'm unsure how big of a difference 1mm would make).
