True.Not even a Chinese person can translate that.
Because your computer doesn't have language packs installed it doesn't recognize it, so it just gives you random gibberish that it has in it's charachters.
I am guessing CF just copy and pasted something from the CF version. I am sure it won't happen again. Anytime soon at least.
