You sure ask a lot!
Spray for close range, burst 2-3 shots for middle, 1 shot(head) for long range.

1shot to the head for long range also read malteGr's ( lifeline member) extensive AK guide I read it a few times and it really helped Alot

Bursting.. but i prefer M4 with a silencer to be a ninja.

i'd say do what ever you are comfortable with. For me if i have my shot on then i 1 tap, 2-3 burst and if that fails that's when you gotta pull out the 7 shot burst following up to a spray across the entire map.

^^ works in all ranges.

both options work okay. depending on your situation.

either burst / single-shot / tap with your AK unless you're really close, then you can spray.

I'd pretty much say the same thing and as well, it'll take some time with the ak, so don't worry about doing bad with it from the start. Once you get it though, trust me it's really nice and fun to use.
