Try out the newest Xsplit Broadcaster, learn how to use it. Works awesome with own3d.tv, but I don't have enough experience in the other ones. At least two of these should have less ads and offer better quality for free. Just something to look into, good luck with what your doing.

Things happens obviously it wasn't healthy for a team to be arguing and having a lot of disagreement. Things didn't work out and I blame my self for not being a good leader we died because it didn't work out thats it. -

actually teams argue all the time, it's much healthier than ignoring problems. Choosing when to argue and what to argue you about are a totally different story however.
