Failed to Connect to Server

I have been getting this Problem ever since i i switched my Inter from Comacts to Ubee. My Father was Complaining about how much Money he was spending on Internet and Phone Bills. So he also got us Vonage/ So ever since that day all internet has been running slow. Unable to Run Crossfire Properly . please Help Ive searched every where nothing works
