BM Problem

Dear, anyone who cares;
Well this was wierd, i am a big Black Market fan, and i made like 5 accounts to win the deagle and the Anaconda black. i won deagle early (asap as i could use black market) and leveled my account up to roll for anaconda. i won a box with anaconda, 100gp, and a coupon right.... so guess what i got coupon and 100gp no damn pistol i was like OMG OMG OMG wtf. i click on the my storage and its there.... but it wont click. i log out and logged in to check maybe it was bugged and it was gone..... please help me i reported this to tech department however got no help from them
