Zong took payment then failed.

I am close to the gun i wanted to get with coupons so I decided to buy some ZP by sms with zong. I ordered 9050 ZP for $12.00 and continued with my order. I got the text and entered my pin where I then received 4 messages saying:

Message X/4 Thank you G4BOX has billed $3 to your phone. etc.

Zong said it was then having trouble connecting to my phone provider after it took the payment and to enter the receipt IF i got one. I assumed it was the TXN code I got which Zong said was invalid. It timed out while i was searching forums to see if anyone else had this and no one said they had the same issue as me exactly but they were missing there zp as well.

I would either like my ZP or my money back.
