i think a perma ban for having multiple accounts is abit harsh, but its their rules so we gotta follow them
It's is harsh especially because I unintentionally created the accounts. A support ticket was ignored but hey, rules are rules. Hopefully we can pick up a worthy backup.

he tried to talk to an admin but then i guess he got impatient and played the matches anyway and he got banned
