no although when i re-read my response it's quite funny cause it seems like i do...
what i'm trying to say is if there is a good sniper he gets picked up by a good*(as in top) team. everyone else is mediocre and barely make theirs shots. you're better off playing a 5-man rifle -

annie is beast or should i say tibbers however ive nailed people across the map with ashe's arrow
Ashes arrow is pretty beast if you can predict where they going but Annie's tibbers + stun hurts the other team so bad in a gank.
On topic : stilling looking for a sniper -
im a pro in training right now. i can take three people out up close in 3 secs in no scope,quick scope, and drag scope. but im still learning how to shot trough cracks and gets people when when they jump from or behind a wall.look for me in game and add me as friend. and im getting a mic soon^^
