This was found during a CNN video of the Libyan Uprising. Just wondering what missile launcher it is... I keep thinking the MILAN Anti-Tank Guided Missile.

Looks like a fixed stinger to me. Than again, I never specialised in explosives and the only explosive tool I ever held was semtex (thanks russian army) ... Almost blew myself up. So sarge said no more explosives for me.
