So, Umm yesterday i got my own kill marks but i got soldier assasin and scout badge so now it looks ugly with the badge pop up anyone know how to get rid of this ty!

He could just get the killmarks from MODHUB. Right now I've been using the Halo killmarks and sound package.

open all the badge_assault, badge_knife, badge_scout, badge_sniper and badge_elite with paint.net.

ctrl+a.
delete.
save.

will moving them to another location work as well? if i dont want to delete them for ever.

Yep. Keep them somewhere that's not in the "mark" folder and it shouldn't appear.

doing as i said simply clears the image file so it's blank. moving them/deleting the files themselves will leave a white square when you kill.

Make copies of the Killmarks then. Then delete the images through paint.net.

Just make copies first. Thats the best route if you like the wings ;D
