Bug Bullet Sounds and Footstep

hello,
i tried almost all the solutions which i've found on the forum and none worked...
i tried restarting etc... but nothing, i've windows 7 profession and on crossfire i can hear only radio messages and killmark's sound. I can't hear bullet sounds and footstep, can anyone explain to me how to fix this bug?
