Sound isnt working?

When i join a game i cant hear my shooting or anything except when i get a headshot it will say "headshot" or when i die it will make the noise but when i shoot i cant hear anything and i have my volume all the way up and still doesn't work. Nothing is muted and it is making me frustrated because i cant pinpoint in ghost mode
