They do get banned. Maybe you didn't report them correctly. Just look at their honorable ribbon ._.

you are right, that is the way to go, because if we don`t fight against them - then it's a lot more difficult for z8 to fight this war alone; but you see - if you report a blatant hacker and 5 months later he is still there - you will not be motivated anymore, and get a feeling that what you do is just wasting the time, because:

1 - there is no f*k*e*n* reply to any ticket - but I need to take the time fill a lot of details - let`s say ok - I understand this - they have a lot
2 - the hacker is still there - this after 5 months I don`t understand anymore.. if just now they get to the reports submitted 5 months ago - then it's just an epic fail the entire reporting system
3 - the hacker has / still has the "honorable" ribbon - so not only that his account is still active - but he is honorable ? this gets pathetic now if you ask me..
then how about us that we are really legit ?

We can't just report and report and report again and again while you are staying idly... It's your responsibility to ban them, it's not ours to report them and report them again. The half of the crossfire players don't report because they have never heard how or beacuse they know it is useless while you will ban them for 4 or 5 day/weeks/months or you will just don't ban them. Why don't you ban hackers permantly or IP ban them? Why don't you put private managers as facepalmore said? Because you simply have an interest.

Unfortunately it isn't the MODs responsitiblity to ban them, They don't do that. If they see a hacker they have to report them the same way we do.

MODs deal with the forum not in-game issues.

Believe me, I get fed up with them also, sometimes irrate, but if I don't bother to report and no-one else does, they will continue playing for as long as they like.

If you think the hakkers don't get banned then stop reporting :P
