I've just spent way too much time redirecting people last week I guess...
Nope I won't stop doing it because idc about postcount (kinda, if I post like 3000posts and it appears as 2000, 1000 helpfull posts won't exist anymore...).
I just wanted to ensure myself the staff was "clean".
Btw how would I be the dude who has the higher postcount? None can beat L0L...

It does since he has lost alot of time by posting stuff.

I don't care about your posts dude. As said above and as cruelty said it represents time, it represent a part of my life (a tiny part but a part).
Would you just reset your kill/deaths knowing there a HUGE part of your free time and a a pretty big part of your life? Nope.

Cute that anyone thinks they're important enough to me, for me to waste time deleting their oldest posts.
Anyway, necro'd threads get deleted, occasionally we wipe posts of spammers and with it, threads the spammer made. Your post count could easily drop 20 by the click of a button if you've posted in those threads.
Threads moved to (some of our) private section run under the OT flag, meaning threads moved there will reduce your post count.
The same obviously go for moves to the actual off topic section.
We don't waste time haunting people. -

Hi every HONEST person out there,
Let me tell you what's up. In fact I'm not even sure myself but what I'm sure of is that my post count frequently goes down. None of my recent posts are delete, or maybe they are but I just the topic died or something and I didn't bother un-burying it.
This really os ****ing me off! I mean come on Dude what the **** is the matter with you?! Is it fun to randomly delete my posts? Get a life freak! And ffs leave me alone!
I know that it might be a forum glitch which deletes verry old posts to free space or something like that but Don't mess up with me!
Btw I think I know who you are. Beware.
Anybody else experiencing the same problem?

How wod you explain a loss of 5-20posts per day? i'm nlt so active in QQ/hack threads.

You don't seem to realise the matter ain't the post count but a part of the staff may not be honest and may be abusing of it's power.
By deleting posts that everyone has forgotten about and dont care about ? -

I believe that we've already proven that caring about post count ends up leading to a negative impact on these boards.
But let me explain what is likely happening.
A thread gets posted.
You decide to join in the conversation.
Thread goes south.
Thread gets removed.
Your posts in said thread disappear.
Alternate outcome
Thread goes sideways
Thread gets moved to a forum that post counts don't matter.
Your post count based on posts from that thread disappear.
To be honest this is pretty logical. And it seems that many of your posts are always panic button posts.
OMG SOMETHING HAPPENED LETS BLAME SOMEONE NOW!
Instead of pointing fingers and throwing rocks, take a moment to take a deep breath, look at the logical situation and determine the best course of action. Often a simple question can get a simple answer and everyone goes home happy. -

Also it should be noted that the OP who likes to always cause a ruckus without looking at the facts creates this kind of thing.
Immediately a thread now about harassment from a GM or MOD and now we have all the people thinking OMG Z8 does it again.. It's frustrating. Especially when in this case nothing out of the ordinary happened.
To the second point: Yes, from time to time we will prune threads.
I can assure you that in the history of these boards, the post count on players has only been manually adjusted once.
