dog tag error

I seem to be stuck on my last dog tag, the last two s's. I've received two or three s's in the last month and I'm suppose to be done, but it seems to refuse to grant me my prize. I would send in a support ticket, but I don't think they have it in this category. can some1 help?

    Today, this thing happens to me too. I`ve received S letter (that i needed ) but was not recorded to DOG TAG. Why?

    P.S. Today i changed side GR for BL. There is a connection on this?
