3rd party programs are not allowed, however I myself also use "something" that allows me to disable ingame chat as I do not see why they have not yet added the option to do so.

if it's just a few changed lines in the GameIn.txt script file then it doesn't matter.

from what she's told me it's just changed lines in the GameIn.txt file to do with the size and location of the "STATIC Static_Chatting_" 1 through 8.

Im with user on this one, let the MODS look at it to verify it dont do anything more then what you are telling. For all we know it could make your flash grenades D/C nades :P
