Dont spam tickets... 1 is enough and just wait.. after about 5-7 says, THEN send another or bump the existing one if you can
Tickets take a while since so many are sent.. and people do the sae as you.. spam them with tickets... you just have to be patient -
Does your ticket status say "REPLIED", "CLOSED" or "OPEN"?
Says open but iv waited a week almost 2 now.. and yeah i understand that many people send tickets in I am a staff member of a different league. I know how that is, but we answer people within 2-3 days instead of weeks. -
Concerning hacked accounts Z8 don't like to reply to those or they are very busy with others.
But 90% they don't reply to them.
I sent 2 tickets once.
one was about the hacked account and the other about my security question change
sent them at the same time and the hacked account never got replied to. -

Yeah its quite sad.. especially my account is high ranked and was my only account. ALSO stated waiting 5-7 days its been 1 week going into 2 so i love the lies its just fantastic! -

Thats awesome, but you don't have the user amount we have.
And even that isn't saying much, since the different systems in use matter greatly.
Modding a forum and handling tickets for a forum is easy enough as theres plenty of prebuilt cpanels available.
With a game you host yourself, things get slightly more complicated.
Theres a dictionary on the "CONTACT HISTORY" page explaining the different statuses of a ticket.
Open simply means you'll have to wait, regardless of how long it takes.
If you feel that you've waited too long (like two weeks, NOT counting weekends), submit another ticket.
Make sure your first ticket isn't replied to though as it only creates a bunch of extra unnecessary work. -

Yes thats understandable and i have resent another ticket, just kinda of annoying knowing iv been with his account for 2 yrs, only account iv played with as a very high rank and boom its gone. Iv played with you before on this account way back when we were in the same clan lol... Kinda annoying and devastating seeing it gone. -
A couple of things.
There are some frustrations with the support site in making sure you look at replied tickets. We know of those and over time we will be correcting them. So I'm not going to be too harsh because those things are frustrating to deal with.
But there are a few things to note here that can help the situation.
First off, when you submit a ticket, make sure its submitted in the proper section. So if you are talking about a LOST account (accounts do not get hacked unless you yourself are using a hack/malicious program). You must fill in a ticket under the account heading. And most importantly you must provide ENOUGH information for us to work with.
If we can't prove the account is yours we reply with something telling you to provide us with information and the ticket will sit there. Waiting until you provide more information.
Sending us another ticket doesn't help anyone. We magically cannot give you back your account because you say it is yours. Account information and security is your own responsibility. Blaming us because you lost your account is not the best way to do things.
Other things like yes, timing are going to play a factor in response times. We have limited staff on weekends so if you send in an issue at midnight on Friday. It may take longer than say if you sent in your issue at 9am on Wednesday. That's just the nature of the beast and something you have to deal with.
Just try to be patient and realize the more you FLOOD the system with tickets the longer it takes for everyone to get your account back. -

Yep acting like a civilized human being means alot.
Anttrax, I had a similar situation with a few clan mates about a year ago. It took them about a month to get them all straight. I know that isnt what you want to hear but atleast you will get it back. I'll also add that they put every bit of info they could think of in when doing it. Like scanned game cards, lots of in game SS, original security answer/ email account, dates of when they bought guns...things like that.
All in all you will get your account. -
