My real account's name is Gleneagle and someone hacked in and changed my emailaddress and password!! I want my account back and what should I do everyone!! Here is my email: thearkengeph@hotmail.com

i did nsent them the messages but they didn't reply me back!! So what sould i do next?

There is nothing else you can do.

Submit a support ticket in the PROPER section (Account > Account Administration) at http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx.
Remember to submit all the information they want.
Wait for a reply.
Wait some more.

This is not a forum issue, we can't help you here.
And accounts don't get hacked from us. You gave your account away or have hacks/malicious software on your computer.
