They dont want people to buy it who are going to do something stupid with it bc they dont understand the game yet...getting to the neccesary level literally only takes an hour.

It because u need to be at a some level to buy any gun, if that is GP or ZP. think about it, ppl going to buy zp and get BP and get the ak sliver?

an killing that mad in the noob servers, that pretty unfair to ppl with no money that playing a free game.
