Level 6, but can't deposit?

Hello, I'm new to the forums, but not Crossfire.

I am level 6 (Sergeant 1) In-Game, and have been for the past day or so.

I currently have 2 Ultimate Game Cards, but when I try to deposit ZP with the method "PayByCash," it comes up with the message:

"In order to deposit you must be at least level 21 in any of the RPG games or level 6 in Cross Fire.

Your account does not reach the minimum level requirement to make a deposit. Please come back later. Thanks."

I am level 6. If someone could please explain why this is happening, and possibly how to solve it, that would be great.

wait 24 hours for your level to update through the whole system

Bump.. and I've waited more than 24 hours now. It still won't let me deposit ZP -.-

Don't deposit with paybycash deposit with the prepaid cards option
if it doesnt work submit a ticket.

Alright, that worked. But still when I try to deposit with Credit Card or any other method other than Prepaid Cards, it gives me the same message. =(
