Hack tool

I'm receiving every time i play in a Hack Tool (1)(4.0)
This is understandable because i had cheat engine and various other autos and so on.
I then deleted and cleaned my system, took me several hours but EVERYTHING that isnt of use is gone.
But the message still goes on?
it used to be (3.0) too
I'm confused, it seems every time i delete something it will not kick me for a while, but it does nether the less later
