Start up Rival Factions again!

It's been a while since anything new happened with it, so I wanted to ask if we could start up Rival Factions again. Ever since Mutants Rival Factions has been ignored. So my question is to start it up again! Please respond or something.

since the spring break patch totally sucked and was put out fast, the next one will probably have some rival factions thing.

they said they will remodel and reintroduce a more attractive rival factions mission a few months ago. probably they are still working on it, not wanting it to backfire like hero mode.

Start up Rival Factions again!
