Vote kick without losing KD / EXP

First of all: I tried to use the search but it does not work properly.
As you can read in the title I suggest to change vote kick that you won't lose kills, deaths and expierence anymore.The idea behind it is quite simple:

There is no need to punish hackers ingame since they will be banned permanently anyway (sooner or later).
Only legit players are effected by the punishment because they keep their accounts.

Imo there are not much cons.
You could say that less players would kick hackers ingame because it does not bother them. But it could also happen that more players will kick when they are not sure about it or have a minor reason because they are thinking that it does not hurt anyway.

I would say it is worth a try. What do you say?

I lost too much EXP, GP and KILLS by being kiked!

If they give me all my exp lost by votekicks, FenixBR will be the 2nd and ADIGA the 3rd on the rank...

It has been suggested before. Still 100% agree. It's a compounding punishment.
First off: You're kicked from the game so you can't play anymore.
Second: You lose your K/D which effects badges/ribbons/missions.
Third: You lose your XP so you stay lower rank for longer creating more people haccusating you.
I've been kicked like a thousand times, I'm sure costing me 2-3 ribbons, a full rank, badges and the benefits that come with them. It's just not fair.

Frankly the kick-vote should be removed, I only ever see real hackers not getting kicked and most-likely legit people being booted from the game by a bunch of noobs.
