basically just means its from Black Market. It also means for SOME guns are Temp from Black market. -

[A] = ZP temp weapon from the Item Shop.
[B] = Black Market crate weapon. Both temp and perm.
[C] = Black Market temp weapon that can also be found in the Item Shop as a ZP temp weapon.
