Apparently, I heard that the permanent Shovel will be coming back to the black market coupon rewards in NACF. Is it true? Also, I have 41 coupons at the moment, so should I just get Axe once i hit 50 or should I wait for Shovel? Or post suggestions on what permanent weapon I should get with coupons.
