Not able to Patch

Ok...so the servers went down and then came back up...i tried to patch but couldnt...the they went down again...then up and yet i still couldnt patch. please help!

  i think someone got mad because all the no good hakers our mods cant seem to get rid of and made it where there are no more hakers=]
