One hit kill if you're in the knife range.
To be realistic, I think it would have two bullets.
Would be good for snipers if you hear someone approaching and you're protecting the bomb. You're doubting your quickshot abilities so you pull this out, wait for the foot steps, jump out and fire a round into his chest up close.

What do you think?

Then use this! This Welrod was design to shoot people upclose, even though you can shoot it point blank, it's a bolt-action though, but it's very quiet.... A WWII era pistol...
