Your so cool.
Practice is practice, I wont comment too much.
1. Blank out kill marks, or replace with smaller smoother ones.
2. Don't use custom sounds, makes it much worse.
3. Lower in-game sound maybe, hard to hear your voice in some cases.
4. Bunch of background sound to your microphone.
5. Resolution isn't big enough to have a massive yellow circle around the mouse. (Not that bad though.)
