Understood, but I still don't want to let this idea die. Persistence wins wars, right?[GM]Saidin wrote: »Well said.
As of right now I can't speak to being able to do anything specific as per your suggestion. For now this March 24-April 24 is something we wanted to do to be a part of the relief efforts for whats going on in Japan.
We're definitely glad that its appreciated!
(That and you technically haven't completely shrugged it off, so there's still hope!) -
lol just think about this.
One dollar isn't alot of money to you right?
Like if you lost a dollar you'd be like oh no, whatever its ok.
If everyone on CF donated a dollar, then there would be hundreds of thousands of dollars going to Japan.
Every penny counts. -
Which is why it's a great idea for people to be able to buy zp and help the victims of the tragedy in Japan.lol just think about this.

Mhm.Which is why it's a great idea for people to be able to buy zp and help the victims of the tragedy in Japan.
Lets be honest: While almost everyone will feel some sort of remorse/sympathy for someone else's tragedy, most will require additional motivation to take that extra step and offer assistance. This strategy has been used by McDonald's, BK, Tim Horton's (Canadian coffee giant a la Starbucks for the US) and many more with successful results. By playing with people's desire to purchase something (read:zp) and adding a touch of self righteousness ("I bought zp, but I also did a good thing and helped Japan!"), people that were on the fence before would hop on over to the dark side. And like I said before... once they have a taste of the good stuff, there's a chance they become repeat customers. Help Japan and possibly increase your customer base; sounds like a solid idea to me. -
And let's be honest here, I think it's a safe bet to say that most people who play this game get the money for their zp from their parents.Green_Ranger wrote: »Mhm.

I think it would be much easier (never had experience with this >.>) to convince their parents that they should get zp if all that money was going to go help the victims in Japan. -

"Mom, mom! Can I have 20 bucks to donate to Japan?" just rolls off the tongue so much easier. Hell, I'd probably give my kid more just because I'd be proud he's thinking like that >.> -

i like the idea very much. like mentioned already, there is nothing negative about wanting to achieve more in order to help people in need. i spent alot on this game but stopped buying zp a while ago. panda hats are not exactly making me want to start a comeback...
i donated money already, of course i do not need any perks in order to donate money but alot of people do. target group for this would be exactly that type of people.
make it zp crates AND panda hats. for a few hours. z8 will not go broke.
