Why we cannot modify our crosshairs?

I think it would be pretty epic to have your own custom crosshair in the game, but, withg some limitations, like, it have to be monochromatic, and will have a correct size .-.

cuz if we uploaded our own images, the picture would be enlarged or shrunk depending on the recoil. it would look awkward when that happens.

and different crosshair wouldn't give anyone any kind of advantage would it?

It depends on what you modify I guess. Making a crosshair smaller then it's suppose to be is an advantage.

i think the crosshair modification can lead to x-trap's blocking, so, i don';t think people will last long with modified crosshairs .-.

well, no mods or gms have an opinion on this?

i meant only the crosshair's shape, not the size or the things, nothing to do with accuracy or SP, just the crosshair image >..
