I Report Everyone but noone get ban?

Hmmm, i always report every hack.er i see even it is very low rank so it doesn't matter, and the ppl who use 1 shot kill in mutation so i go to the next day and still find them?.... WDF?

When does ppl get ban after the report ? TIME?

It certainly won't happen the next day. They don't get through all the support tickets so fast, especially the vast amount of hacker reports they probably get. Could anywhere from a week to some time in the future.
