Gun collecter Ribbon

Gun Collector - You have collected more than 25 Permanent Weapons (does not include grenades or melee weapons and does not include your two starting weapons)

Same for Gun Hobbyist I believe. Except its 15 Guns. They originally said this one included the M16 and M700. Then they changed their mind and said they now don't include those starting weapons. However, if people already had the ribbon at that time they can keep it. Which is why there was some confusion over whether those counted.
