No one will help

Hello, i have recently gotten my account hacked and sent in a few support tickets I think its ridiculous not getting an answer. Its been a few weeks no answer what so ever from anyone kinda ridiculous you think? That no one can help or are just oblivious to helping people. Hopefully someone will pick up the lead role and actually help people... Also which is very amusing i have pmed a few administrators about my problem who can not even suggest my request and answer so thanks a lot... This is very helpful!
