I have searched

Is there a way to get perm crystal scope without collecting ribbons?

I dont do hero mode

Is it just ribbon only?

if you are talking about the M4A1 Custom Crystal then the only way to get it perm is from getting 20 ribbons. You can get it for some amount of days(i think it is 90) from one of the elite badges.

I think it's the only way to get it. I think that you can buy it with coupons.

Actually u can get it for (30days) i think if u collect badges..
The perm one is only available through ribbons though
