because as it stands now unless you buy ak-47 silver, m4a1 silver, or m16a2 all other items are basically not worth the bp. If you have all these guns and still have remaining bp, it isn't worth buying the gp crates for 1400 bp, and if you don't want a kdr reroll/sprays then you have bp that isn't being used. this would give a way for people to gamble their left over bp that builds up from purchases.
